Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and us regarding the use of the Service.
2. In addition to these Terms, we may establish various rules and regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") regarding the use of the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their titles, shall constitute a part of these Terms.
3. In the event that the provisions of these Terms conflict with any Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified therein.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. Registration for the Service shall be completed when a prospective user agrees to these Terms, applies for registration through the method prescribed by us, and we approve such application.
2. We may reject a registration application if we determine that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and we shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons for such rejection.
   • If false information was provided in the registration application
   • If the application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms
   • If we otherwise deem the registration to be inappropriate

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

1. Users shall properly manage their User ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.
2. Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their User ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. When a login is made with a combination of User ID and password that matches the registered information, we shall consider it to be use by the User who registered that User ID.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of a User ID and password by a third party, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment)

1. Users shall pay the usage fees separately specified by us and displayed on this website, through the payment method designated by us, as consideration for the paid portion of the Service.
2. In the event that a User is late in paying the usage fees, the User shall pay late payment damages at an annual rate of 14.6%.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service.

• Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
• Activities related to criminal acts
• Activities that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service
• Activities that destroy or interfere with the functionality of our servers or networks, or those of other Users or third parties

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if we determine that any of the following reasons exist.
